Research

Dr. Ye’s research focuses on surface and deformation measurement by using vision-based methodology in the areas of aviation manufacturing. More recently, he has become interested in the large-scale field vision-based measurement by leveraging Digital Image Correlation (DIC) technique combined with Structure From Motion (SFM) methods.
