Abstract:In order to establish a more accurate 6-dof parafoil model, this paper adopts ecosystem particle swarm optimization (ESPSO) algorithm to identify the aerodynamic parameters of the target parafoil and obtain the aerodynamic parameters. Firstly, the 6-dof dynamic equation of the parafoil is analyzed and the parameter identification target function is established. Then, aiming at the simulation flight data, the PSO algorithm and ESPSO algorithm are used to minimize the parafoil parameter identification target function, and the parafoil aerodynamic parameter values are obtained. Comparison result shows that the average error of the identification result for PSO algorithm is 0.80% and that for ESPSO algorithm is 0.21%. Finally, aiming at the actually measured flight data, the ESPSO algorithm was adopted to minimize the parafoil parameter identification target function, and the aerodynamic parameters of the experiment parafoil were obtained. Through comparing the output data of the parafoil model built with the identification aerodynamic parameters and the actually measured flight data, the mean value of the 3 axis velocity errors is less than 10%. The results show that the proposed scheme can provide technical support for the flight performance research and control design of the parafoil in practical engineering. © 2018, Science Press.
