Dr. Yizhi Zhang is an associate researcher in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. She received her Ph.D. in Optical Engineering from Southeast University in 2021. She was a visiting Ph.D. scholar sponsored by the China Scholarship Council at the Basque Center for Cooperative Research in Biomaterials (CIC biomaGUNE, in Spain), under the supervision of Professor Luis Liz-Marzán. 

Her research interests focus on biophotonics and biosensors, especially surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) and electrochemical techniques. Recent work focuses on analyzing cellular gasotransmitters and metabolites in the course of cancers and neurological disorders. Dr. Zhang has published over 30 SCI-indexed papers. She serves as a Youth Committee Member of the Medical Biophotonics Committee of the Jiangsu Society of Biomedical Engineering.

Research Group

    生物医学光子学实验室

    南京航空航天大学生物医学光子学实验室成立于2004年,挂靠自动化学院生物医学工程系、江苏省生物医学工程学会生物医学光子学专业委员会和江苏省数字化医疗装备与技术重点实验室。目前实验室有教授1人、副教授4人、讲师2人、兼职教授2人,在读博士、硕士研究生30余人。依托仪器科学与技术(生物医学信息与仪器)、精密仪器及机械、生物医学工程专业招收博士和硕士研究生。实验室形成了以生物医学光子学与肿瘤诊疗为核心的稳定的学术梯队和科学研究方向。研究主要关注有:1、微创与无创临床治疗术中导航与治疗疗效近红外光谱评估研究;2、肿瘤特征无创诊断与参数实时近红外监测研究;3、基于神经电生理与近红外的脑功能与脑神经研究;4、肿瘤的分子荧光靶向及PDT治疗机理研究。本实验室先后承担了863目标指导类项目1项,参与863项目1项,参与国家自然科学重点基金1项,国家重大科研仪器研制项目1项,江苏省重点实验室基金1项,主持国家自然基金6项,博士点基金1项,留学归国人员基金1项,江苏省科技支撑项目及江苏省自然科学基金5项,总计科研经费1400余万。发表SCI/EI/ISTP论文70余篇,申请及授权发明专利20余项。
