基于DOE的二冲程汽油机Wiebe燃烧参数优化研究

Abstract:对于在GT-Power一维性能仿真建模中难以准确选取燃烧参数的问题,以1台二冲程汽油机为研究对象,利用DOE方法对SI Wiebe燃烧模型参数进行拟合优化研究。研究结果表明:Wiebe燃烧特性参数在不同转速范围内有很大变化;在小负荷工况下,发动机缸内燃烧持续期会较长,而在大负荷工况时,缸内进气量充足,燃烧速率变快,因此燃烧持续期较短。最终绘制出各个负荷范围内燃烧参数变化MAP图,并通过验证可知:数值模拟结果与台架试验数据对比误差降低到4%左右。由此得到准确的一维整机性能模型。
