摩擦塞焊非稳态阶段温度场的数值模拟

Abstract:基于摩擦塞焊非稳态阶段产热功率线性增长的规律,对产热功率进行线性化、模型化,建立摩擦塞焊非稳态阶段的产热模型,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS模拟2 mm厚7075-T6铝合金板件的摩擦塞焊非稳态阶段热力耦合三维有限元模型,并利用试验测量结果验证数值模拟结果的准确性。模拟结果与试验测量结果较为吻合,误差在允许范围内,验证了产热模型及数值模拟结果的正确性。数值模拟结果表明,在靠近焊接区域任意一点的温度及应力仅与其距塞孔中心的距离有关。
