工作简历：

2006年7月，江苏省“材料加工工程”十一五重点学科建设首席学科带头人；

1991年获机械电子工业部青年科技专家称号；

1996年被国家人事部批准为“百千万人才工程”1995/1996年度第一、第二层次人选；

2000年6月被国务院批准为享受政府特殊津贴专家。

2004年1月至今 南京航空航天大学材料科学与技术学院教授、博导；

学历： 2002年4月获哈尔滨工业大学材料加工工程学科工学博士学位； 1987年5月获上海交通大学工学硕士学位；1981年12月获湖南大学理学学士学位。

社会兼职： 从1993年至2003年，曾先后担任全国焊接标准化技术委员会钎焊分技术委员会秘书长、副主任兼秘书长，中国焊接学会钎焊及特种连接专业委员会秘书、副主任、常务副主任。

现任中国焊接学会理事、江苏省焊接学会副理事长、南京市焊接学会副主任。

科研成果获奖及专利：

长期以来一直从事焊接材料及焊接工艺的研究，主持了五种烧结焊剂的研究工作；主持完成了15种钎剂及30余种钎料的研究工作；主持制定了五项国家标准、五项机械工业部行业标准并发布实施；主持完成了五十多项国家、部、市课题的研究；共取得主要科研成果四十余项。

（1）获国家科技进步二等奖2项；

（2）获省、部科技进步一等奖2项；省、部科技进步二等奖5项,省、部科技进步三等奖3项；

（3）获国家发明专利授权45项，获国防发明专利授权1项；

（4）入选“Elsevier中国高被引学者”2019年、2020年度榜单。

1、环氧树脂复合钎料焊点抗辐射、耐低温增强机制研究，国家自然科学基金面上项目（51975284），2020.1-2023.12，主持；

2、空间辐射环境对电子器件焊点损伤机制及可靠性研究，国家自然科学基金面上项目（51675269），2017.1-2020.12，主持；

3、高可靠三维立体封装用自我防护焊膏，军委科技委“快响项目”，2020-2021，主持；

4、火焰钎焊铝/钢界面诱导反应与钎缝成分调控方法研究，国家自然科学基金面上项目（51375233），2014.1-2017.12，主持；

5、“高性能环保铜-铝钎焊材料”，国家科技部科技人员服务企业行动资助项目，项目编号2009GJC20040，国家科技部，2010年1月-2012年12月，国拨经费40万元；

6、航空航天器件封装用Sn-9Zn-Ga-Nd 无铅钎料及焊点可靠性研究，新型钎焊材料与技术国家重点实验室开放课题，项目编号：SKLABFMT201102，2011.8-2013.3，总经费10万元；7、金锡焊膏产品开发，校企合作课题，2021年-2022年，总经费70万元；
