主要研究方向为纳米涂层的强韧化设计与电化学表征、新型电催化涂层以及生物抗菌涂层的性能研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目6项、航空科学基金2项、江苏省自然科学基金重点和面上各 1 项。2016年获得江苏省科技进步一等奖(排名第二),2009年获得教育部高校科技优秀成果奖科技进步二等奖(排名第二)。
