个人简介

夏斯浩,副研究员,硕士生导师。2021年毕业于南京理工大学电子工程与光电技术学院,获得工学博士学位。2017-2018, 斯坦福大学SLAC国家实验室访学交流。2021年4月入职南京航空航天大学物理学院。

已发表SCI收录论文80余篇,第一作者/通讯作者论文40余篇,总被引超2000次,H指数24。涉及国内外刊物包括JMS&T, Nano Energy, Advanced Functional Materials, Energy & Enviormental Science, Accounts of Chemical Research, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, Nano LettersOptics Express, Applied Surface ScienceJournal of Alloys and Compounds等。拥有授权发明专利4项。主持国自然青年基金,国防科技创新特区等项目4项

目前主要研究方向包括:

1. 基于DFT的第一性原理计算 (计算材料,计算物理学方向) 1)低维材料与结构物性;(2)表面工程。

2. 半导体光电发射和转换理论(光电阴极,太阳能电池方向)  1)光电发射机理,量子效率;(2)光电转化机制,转换效率。  

3. 基于机器学习的材料高通量筛选    (编程语言,人工智能方向)(1)预测材料物的理化学性质;(2)优化器件参数,加速器件研制。
