Abstract:To deal with randomness and uncertainty problems, an adaptive discontinuous Galerkin time domain (A-DGTD) method is proposed to quantify the influence of defect factors. In order to prove the efficiency of the method, the standard statistical analysis is performed to calculate the mean of reflection coefficients caused by random/uncertain physical parameters on a dielectric slab.
