基于细观结构的三维四向复合材料刚度预测模型

Abstract:考虑纱线截面的变化、相互挤压,建立了三维四向复合材料内部单胞、表面单胞及角胞细观模型。对三种单胞模型施加了相应的周期性边界条件,采用刚度体积平均法,建立了三维四向复合材料刚度预测模型,预测了切边和非切边三维四向碳/碳复合材料纵向弹性模量。结果表明,三单胞预测模型在材料宽度为8、13、16、21mm的预测值时,与试验平均值的误差分别为18.3%、5.8%、4.2%和5%,模型预测精度在材料宽度增加时,预测精度明显提高,当材料宽度大于13mm时,能较好的预测三维四向碳/碳复合材料纵向弹性模量,且三单胞模型的预测精度显著优于内部单胞模型。
