Abstract:Videogrammetric technique is an easy-to-use, non-intrusive and high-precision measurement method. The vibration process of a tested structure is recorded by using cameras, then the movements of multiple measurement points are tracked by image processing and multi-object tracking techniques. The 3D displacements of each measurement point are extracted by using the camera imaging model and the bundle adjustment methods. In this sense, a measurement point can be taken as a micro three-axis displacement transducer, and the multi-object tracking of measurement points can be considered as synchronized multi-channel data acquisition. Here, the geometric model of the measuring configuration was firstly set up by linking the spatial measurement points under the stationary state of the tested structure. Then the dynamic displacement responses were extracted with the video acquisition and multi-object tracking. Finally the operational modal analysis was performed to identify the modal parameters of the structure. Namely, based on the videogrammetric technique, the geometric modeling of the measuring configuration and signal acquisition were realized. Closely integrated with the modal analysis software, the complete video acquisition and analysis system was formed. It was shown that the system has a good ability to reveal the spatial domain, it is especially, technique and method were suitable for dynamic testing and analysis of flexible lower frequency structures. The proposed successfully applied to tests of a light fan blade and some different leaves, their effectiveness was verified. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
