讲师、硕士生导师。本科、硕士、博士分别毕业于南京航空航天大学、美国东北大学、东南大学。长期从事芯片级量子精密测量器件和MEMS微纳器件设计与集成封装等方向的研究。曾参与GF科技重点项目、国家重点研发计划、江苏省重点研发计划等多个国家、省部级科研项目。以第一作者在IEEE JMEMS、IEEE MEMS、IEEE ECTC、IEEE INERTIAL等领域权威期刊和国际会议上发表多篇学术论文，并取得授权多项国家发明专利。details>
