王霄衣，南京航空航天大学，电子信息工程学院，副研究员，硕士生导师。
2024年3月获得哈尔滨工程大学工学博士学位。
研究方向为遥感图像处理、时空融合、目标与异常检测、机器学习、深度学习等。
近5年在《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters》、《IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing》等遥感领域权威期刊发表SCI论文13篇，申请发明专利3项。
