Xiao Wang, male, associate professor, deputy director of the Helicopter Department, special assistant of the Helicopter Research Institute, obtained a Ph.D. degree from Politecnico di Milano, a master's degree and a bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and won the honor of Con LORD for Excellent Doctorate of the Politecnico di Milano.
