Abstract:<正>机匣是一种大型薄壁回转体零件,是航空发动机的核心部件,起着连接、承力、包容等作用。由于机匣壁薄、外形结构复杂、材料去除量大等特点,采用切削加工等制造手段普遍存在加工精度差、效率低等瓶颈问题。为解决机匣零件的制造难题,本文提出了旋印电解加工技术,采用带有窗口的回转体工具电极,通过工件与工具的同步对转,实现机匣复杂凹凸型面
