Abstract:根据教育部"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的行业准则,进一步探索了我国空管卓越人才协同培养方案,从课程设计、管制素养、选拔方式和参观实习方面分析了现有培养方案中的不足之处,以南京航空航天大学民航学院为例,从新时期民航发展所面临的变革问题入手,探讨了完善空管卓越人才协同培养计划的具体调整措施。
