Abstract:鸟撞问题是目前民航飞机飞行安全的重大威胁之一,世界上主要的适航当局都针对鸟撞问题进行了研究并制定了一系列措施。该文比较分析了国内外运输类飞机鸟撞的适航条款的差异,研究了国内外鸟撞适航条款的修订背景和修订依据,对我国未来鸟撞适航条款的修订具有一定的参考意义。
