戚楠,南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院副教授,IEEE Senior Member,国家自然科学基金评审专家,通信学会高级会员,电子学会会员,硕士生导师,研究方向为空天地一体化无线通信网络、通信博弈决策、通信抗干扰、高能效无线通信资源规划与决策、Cell-free Massive MIMO、智能表面反射通信等。

课题组主要利用凸优化、博弈论、人工智能理论解决通信资源智能决策问题,如“基于分层推理的通信资源智能博弈优化”、国家重点研发计划专项项目子课题“数据与模型协同驱动的智能边缘网络”、国家自然科学基金重点基金子课题“大规模无人机自组网分层信道群智接入”、面向高能效的无人机群移动中继服务系统分层优化研究、通信与计算融合的无人机传输网络资源块优化理论与方法等。
