Dr. Magoua, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Master's Supervisor at the College of Economics and Management, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jiangsu University, a Master's degree in International Engineering and Project Management from Tsinghua University, and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the Department of Construction Management, Tsinghua University.

His research focuses on the resilience analysis of urban infrastructure systems, disaster recovery optimization, and human factor modeling. His work has been published in leading journals such as Automation in Construction, Reliability Engineering and System Safety, and International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction. He also serves as a reviewer for multiple academic journals.
