刘文忠，南京航空航天大学副教授，硕士生导师,《Mathematical Reviews》评论员。2007年毕业于北京交通大学，获理学博士学位。2014年11月至2015年11月于美国范德堡大学访学一年。主要从事图论方向研究，研究兴趣包括：图的嵌入、图的亏格、图的分解及覆盖等等。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金，南京航空航天大学基本业务费、理工融合等项目。目前在《Journal of Combinatorial Theory,Series B》、《European Journal of Combinatorics》、《The Electronic Journal of Combinatorics》等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文近二十篇。
