Abstract:A new metasurface which can achieve a continuous phase range more than 360° for reflection and transmission simultaneously is proposed. At the frequency band of interest, both the amplitude of reflection and transmission is greater than 0.7. The metasurface can be applied to reflection or transmission planar focus lens, orbital angular momentum vortex wave generating, reducing radar cross section (RCS) and can access to multiple functions according to different required phase combination. © 2018 ACES.
