个人简介:Personal Profile
李伟伟,南京航空航天大学物理学院教授。苏州大学理学博士,曾在University of Cambridge从事博士后研究,合作导师是英国皇家工程院院士Judith L. MacManus-Driscoll教授。本实验室立足于凝聚态实验物理和材料科学的交叉领域,着重于研究低维量子功能材料的新颖特性和物理机制,以及其原型光电子器件构筑。通过激光分子束外延生长手段,我们可以实现在原子尺度上对这些量子功能材料体系的精确设计以及制备,并进一步研究其物理特性与构筑原型光电子器件。获得江苏省特聘教授、南京航空航天大学“长空英才”、苏州大学优秀博士毕业论文等荣誉称号。
共发表学术论文70余篇,其中近5年代表性成果发表在Nature Electronics, Nature Communications, Advanced Energy Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Materials Horizons, Small, Physical Review B和MRS Bulletin等杂志上。
