A new robust frequency mismatch removing approach with variable step-size algorithm

摘要:Frequency mismatch (FM) usually presents in a narrowband active noise control (ANC, NANC) system where a non-acoustic sensor is employed to identify the sinusoidal frequencies based on a synchronization signal, due to the sensor aging effects, fatigue accumulation, etc. In this paper, using an effective and novel FM removing structure based on a functional link artificial neural network (FLANN) developed recently for the NANC, we propose a new variable step-size (VSS) algorithm to modify the updating terms for the difference equations. Extensive simulations are conducted to show the effectiveness of the proposed NANC system. © 25th International Congress on Sound and Vibration 2018, ICSV 2018: Hiroshima Calling.
