导航、制导与控制专业硕士生导师,工学博士，毕业于南京航空航天大学自动化学院导航、制导与控制专业。主要从事卫星编队飞行的动力学与控制、航天器自主定轨、小天体探测、深空通信导航一体化等方面的研究工作。
主讲《航天器轨道动力学》，《人造卫星精密定轨理论》课程。
先后主持主持国家自然基金，博士点基金，总装预研项目，国防基础科研项目，江苏省自然基金，上海航天创新基金等项目。参与国家863项目，国家自然基金项目多项。
担任《航空学报》、《宇航学报》、《Advances in Space Research》、《Journal of Aerospace Engineering》等期刊的审稿专家。
担任航天学院航天控制系教工党支部支部书记。
