细砂对泡沫混凝土物理力学性能及孔结构的影响

Abstract:通过物理发泡制备干密度为700 kg/m~3的泡沫混凝土,研究不同细砂掺量对试样抗压强度和吸水率的影响,同时利用数码显微镜和图像分析软件分析试样的孔隙率、平均孔径和圆度等气孔结构参数,并将气孔结构参数与抗压强度、吸水率进行数据拟合分析。结果表明:随着细砂掺量的增大,试样孔隙率和平均孔径逐渐增大、圆度降低,28 d抗压强度逐渐降低而吸水率增大,当掺量为15%~45%时,其平均孔径明显变大,圆度减小,抗压强度降低及吸水率增大的趋势较为明显。
