Abstract:回顾了国内装配式建筑预制外墙墙体的发展历史,以外墙墙体的材质和构造为主要参数对其进行分类,着重分析了普通预制墙板、夹芯保温墙板和砌体结构外墙片的制备技术、性能特点和拼装方法,探讨了其中存在的主要问题,提出了相应对策和建议,旨在对预制外墙墙体的性能提升和推广应用提供技术借鉴。
