耿哲,副研究员,硕士生导师。2018年获美国佛罗里达国际大学(FIU)电气工程博士学位,2018-2019 美国莱特州立大学计算机与工程学院博士后(导师Dr. Rigling,IEEE Fellow)。研究方向为基于人工智能的SAR图像目标检测与识别、雷达组网等。在国内外期刊和国际会议上发表论文20余篇,出版英文著作1部(美国CRC Press出版社)。攻读博士学位时曾参与美国自然科学基金和美国空军研究实验室资助项目。2019年12月加入南航。主持江苏省自然科学基金及中央高校基本科研业务费项目,参与多项工信部项目。美国电气和电子工程师协会会员,担任IEEE T-SP等12个业内知名SCI索引期刊的审稿人,2019-2021 IEEE Radar Conference审稿人。2012年获Magna Cum Laude荣誉学士学位,同年获直博奖学金Presidential Fellowship,2014年获得Journal of Franklin Institute “优秀审稿人”称号。
