Abstract:超临界压力下管内流动摩擦压降的确定对各类超临界设备的设计、分析和仿真具有重要意义。目前已经涌现出众多计算公式,其预测效果需要评估,以方便实际选用。本文收集了超临界流体摩擦因子的计算公式和实验数据,其中绝热条件下公式6个及数据820组,非绝热条件下公式11个及数据459组,利用实验数据对公式进行了评价。结果发现,对于绝热数据表现最好的公式平均绝对误差为20.4%,对于非绝热数据表现最好的公式平均绝对误差为17.4%,说明对绝热数据的预测有待改进。同时针对每种工质确定了最佳计算公式,为实际应用中选用公式提供指导。
