Abstract:采用NaCl-乙二醇的有机盐溶液作为电解液,其具有的少、无氧环境可避免电解加工过程中钛合金表面产生钝化膜,且能提高钛合金的可加工性。通过实验对比了加工电压、脉冲频率、占空比、主轴转速对加工缝宽的影响,进而得到最优的加工参数,并在厚度为0.7 mm的Ti6Al4V工件上加工出了微细结构。
