董襄宁，博士研究生学历，民航学院空中交通系，讲师，党支部书记。1997年6月空管专业毕业，同年8月留校任教。分别于2006年和2017年在职取得工学硕士和工学博士学位。1997-98年，在民航江苏空管分局见习8个月，通过理论考试和实践考核，持有民航局颁发的空中交通管制员执照。2006年至今加入南航国家空管飞行流量管理技术重点实验室，参加多项国家、省部级重点研发项目。

2000年赴西雅图，参加波音公司WCG小组组织的空中交通管制检查员培训；2006年赴里斯本，参加葡萄牙国家空管公司组织的雷达管制模拟机教员培训；2014年，赴巴黎，与欧控EEC实验室，赴法兰克福，与德国DFS空管公司，赴威尔士，与卡迪夫大学等单位进行学术交流；2015年赴马尔默，参加瑞典国家空管公司组织的雷达管制高级教员培训。

Dong Xiangning, Doctor degree, Department of Air Traffic, Civil Aviation University, lecturer, Party Branch Secretary.Graduated from the air traffic control major in June 1997, and stayed in the school to teach in August of the same year.In 2006 and 2017, respectively, I obtained the Master and Doctor degrees of engineering on the job.In 1997-98, served as an intern in Jiangsu Air Traffic Control Branch of Civil Aviation for 8 months, passed the theoretical examination and practical examination, and obtained the air traffic controller license issued by the Civil Aviation Administration.Since 2006, he has joined the National Air Traffic Control Flight Flow Management Technology Key Laboratory of China Southern Airlines and participated in a number of national and provincial key research and development projects.

In 2000, he went to Seattle to attend the air traffic control inspector training organized by Boeing WCG Team.In 2006, went to Lisbon to participate in the training of radar control simulator instructor organized by the Portuguese National Air Traffic Control Company;In 2014, I went to Paris for academic exchanges with EEC Laboratory of European Control, Frankfurt for academic exchanges with DFS Air Traffic Control Company of Germany, and Wales for academic exchanges with Cardiff University and other units.In 2015, I went to Malmo to participate in the radar control senior instructor training organized by the Swedish National Air Traffic Control Company.
