达高峰，男，理学博士。现为南航经管学院管工系教授，博士生导师，入选南航长空英才学者，担任数量经济研究所所长。研究领域主要为复杂系统（网络）风险管理、大数据应用统计分析等，研究方向或兴趣包括基于签名的新型基础设施可靠性、韧性评估优化、考虑风险传播的IT网络安全韧性评估优化、基于数学规划和博弈论的供应链网络安全资源投入策略、网络安全保险定价、基于深度学习的复杂系统可靠性与安全性预测等。

主持完成国家自科面上项目、国家自科青年基金项目等科研项目6项；在工业工程、运筹学、应用概率统计等国际著名SCI期刊IISE Trans、EJOR、IEEE Trans. on Reliab.、RESS、JMVA、IME等发表研究论文30余篇，出版学术著作1部、教材1部；曾获安徽省自然科学优秀论文二等奖、Taylor&Francis “Mathematics and Statistics Readers Award 2015”、江苏省高校社科优秀成果奖等。

指导本科生获清华IE亮剑一等奖（2项）、江苏省至善工业工程大赛特等奖（2项）、发表SCI论文1篇；所指导的研究生多人入职知名企业如华为、京东、中兴通讯、国博电子、大众汽车、饿了么等，并在算法开发、质量管理、供应链优化等关键岗位担任重要职务。
