新型超高强钛合金TB17铣削加工表面完整性试验研究

Abstract:采用硬质合金刀具对TB17钛合金进行铣削加工试验,研究了刀具前角、后角和螺旋角对钛合金加工表面完整性的影响。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,TB17钛合金铣削加工表面均呈现为残余压应力;前角增大,表面粗糙度和表面显微硬度增加,表面残余压应力先减小后增加;表面粗糙度和表面残余压应力均随着后角的增大而减小;螺旋角增大,表面粗糙度和表面残余压应力均呈现出先减小后增加的趋势;TB17钛合金铣削加工表面形貌由均匀间隔突起的棱脊与深浅不一的沟槽组成,刀具几何参数和刀具磨损状态会对加工表面形貌产生显著的影响。
