个人简介:

陈华伟,博士,教授,博士生导师。 2004年4月毕业于西北工业大学,获工学博士学位。2004年6月至2005年8月,在南京大学声学研究所(原近代声学国家重点实验室)从事博士后研究工作,在站期间主持完成中国博士后科学基金和江苏省首批博士后科研资助计划项目。博士后出站时,获评南京大学副研究员高级职称。2005年8月至2009年8月,在新加坡南洋理工大学电子与电气工程学院信号处理研究中心工作,任Research Fellow,参与完成新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)等资助项目。2009年8月回国,加入南京航空航天大学,并破格晋升为教授。2013年9月被评聘为通信与信息系统学科博士生导师。


目前的研究方向主要包括:语音与音频信号处理、传感器阵列信号处理、统计和自适应信号处理、机器学习及其在语音处理中的应用等。在国内外学术刊物和学术会议(包括IEEE Transactions、美国声学学会会刊JASA、声学学报、ICASSP等)发表论文近百篇。申请国家发明专利八项,已授权四项。主持承担了国家自然科学基金3项,以及江苏省自然科学基金、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金、声场声信息国家重点实验室开放基金等课题。现为江苏省声学学会第九届理事会理事,江苏省通信学会水下通信专委会委员,IEEE会员,欧洲信号处理学会(EURASIP)会员,担任两个国际SCI学术期刊《IEEE Access》以及《Circuits, Systems, and Signal Processing》(Springer出版)的副编辑(Associate Editor),并作为IEEE期刊、美国声学学会会刊、声学学报等国内外多家学术期刊审稿人。荣获2018年度《IEEE Access》杰出副编辑奖。此外,还担任国家自然科学基金委项目评审专家,以及教育部学位中心博士/硕士学位论文评议专家等。
