Abstract:基于Abaqus软件简化框架式复材成型模具三维模型,分别采用实体单元与壳单元建立有限元模型,并分析模具在支撑、铺贴、吊装等典型工况下的应力水平、变形量,结果显示两种模型分析差值较小,能够使用壳单元代替实体单元进行模具的轻量化设计。基于壳单元,利用Abaqus的尺寸优化模块,以隔板厚度为设计变量进行模具轻量化设计,确定合适的隔板厚度尺寸。
