Abstract:设计一种用于开关电容DC-DC转换器的多增益模式转换电路,较固定增益模式相比,具有高效率、快速响应的优点。配合采用脉冲频率调制技术和状态机控制实现自动增益跳变。以0.5μm CMOS工艺,利用Spectreverilog进行电路仿真,输入电压范围为2.6~4.2 V,负载电流范围为6~60 m A。结果表明,其能实现多增益自动跳变,可输出1.8 V的稳定电压,并且纹波<2 m V。
